When I just moved to Vancouver, people told me that it never snows in Vancouver. Don’t believe it, it’s not true! Last week has been pretty snowy in Vancouver and today the snow was falling all day. The temperature is around zero celcius, so most pf it immediately melts. Anyway, white Vancouver seem to be quite uncommon. Here are some pictures for you to enjoy!
I have always wanted to go to the most remote and wild places, experience real nature. I can totally understand what drives people like Chris McCandless whose story has been portrayed in the movie Into the Wild. And I really love winter. So when my boss asked me if I would like to spend a week in woods with my team and work together on some stuff, my answer has been “YES!”.
My biggest surprise in Canada so far is that it is mid-December now, and I have not seen a major snowfall yet. And according to weather forecasts we should not expect any snow on Christmas and New Year’s Eve! How is that possible? Maybe it all is a major scam and I am not really in Canada?
