Our world always evolves, so do means of transportation. Not so long ago people walked for hundreds of kilometers, rode horses. Nowdays you can get to most locations on Earth in less then 48 hours, with very little effort.
Our most advanced mean of transportation is called aeroplane. Many people love flying on them. As for me, I admire them as engineering marvel, but I cannot say that I really enjoy to travel by air.
Why?
Now I live in Montreal so I pretty much have an idea of what the life is like here. But in my opinion, seeing life in a big city is not enough to understand the country, people’s lives. I think that true understanding comes from seeing small towns, farms, gas stations, countryside.. Seeing a country from the road.
The “big” day of my departure was set to July 7th, which was the day of my 27th birthday. I think it is good to start such important new chapter of life on a birthday. Continue reading “2. Ride The Sky”
